Booking of a service to Swiss Heaven Spa constitutes acceptance of these terms & conditions:

At Swiss Heaven Spa, it is our intention to provide our guests with professional and therapeutic services in a relaxing and friendly environment; we will tailor each treatment to our clients' individual needs. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for our first-time and repeating guests.

We strongly believe that your time is valuable as is ours and we make every attempt to be ready for your appointment at the scheduled time. In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our own time, we have adopted the following policies:

Eligibility & Requirements

AGE: All guests receiving services must be at least 18 years old and sign a waiver form.

In addition to the general conditions above, some services have additional requirements:

PRENATAL MASSAGE & SERVICES: Please make sure to obtain approval from your medical provider before receiving any form of massage during pregnancy. Women with normal, low-risk pregnancies can usually benefit greatly from massage by a trained pregnancy massage therapist. However, women in high-risk pregnancies should consult with their doctor or midwife before beginning a massage therapy program. If at any time during the massage you experience discomfort, tell the therapist immediately.

MASSAGE & BODY THERAPIES: If you experience any pain or discomfort during the session, please immediately inform the therapist so that the treatment, pressure and/or strokes may be adjusted to your level of comfort. There is no implied or stated guarantee of success of effectiveness of individual techniques or series of appointments. Massage Therapy & Body Therapies should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment and you should consult a physician, chiropractor, or other qualified medical specialist for any mental or physical ailment of which you are aware. Because Massage & Body Therapies should not be performed under certain medical conditions, you must state all your known medical conditions, and answered all questions honestly. Please keep your therapist updated as to any changes in your medical profile and understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist's part should you fail to do so. This is a Therapeutic session and any sexual remarks or advances will terminate it, and you will be liable for payment of the scheduled treatment. Please understand the Massage Therapist practitioner reserves the right to refuse services to you for any reason that she deems necessary.

CORPORATE EVENTS: Corporate massage is an out-call massage service exclusively reserved to companies with a minimum of 2 employees. The event must be held in a professional environment and can not be offered at private addresses.

WAXING: There are often inherent risks associated with waxing and you may have unfavorable results such as, but not limited to, allergic reactions, irritation, burning, redness, scarring, soreness, etc. Your provider, or establishment cannot be held responsible should any of the above occur. If you are currently using any of the following prescription medications, you cannot receive a waxing service. Discontinue use of these medications for a minimum of three (3) months prior to waxing (The exception is Accutane: You must be off this medication for a minimum of one (1) year prior to waxing): Accutane (Acne medication), Adapalene (Acne medication), Alustra (Retin A), Avage (Acne medication), Avita (Retin A), Azelex (Peeling agent), Clindamycin, Differin (Acne medication), Doxycycline, Erythromycin, Isotretinoin (like Accutane), Madifloxicine, Metronidazole, Renova (Retin A), Retin A (Acne and Anti-aging medication), Tazarac (Acne medication), Tazarotene (Tazorac), Tetracycline, Tretinoin (Retin A). You should adhere to all safety post care including: No peels, tanning, swimming or hot tubs, no sex, for 48 hours after waxing and all home skin care protocols as recommended by your service provider.

Bookings, Arrivals & Deposits

APPOINTMENTS DURING OFF HOURS / WEEKENDS: If your appointment is booked before 8:30am, after 5pm or during weekends/holidays, the front doors will be locked. Please send a text to (305) 922-7637 to inform of your arrival and which entrance you are located (second floor through stairs or main entrance downstairs).

1 TO 1 SESSIONS: Please arrive for your appointment 5 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time to ensure you can benefit from the entire duration of your treatment. This will allow you the time to find a parking spot, take the elevator to the 2nd floor and use the bathrooms before your appointment. Please do not enter the suite or knock at the door since a session might still be in progress. If you arrive early, please send a text to (305) 922-7637 to inform of your arrival & I will let you know when you can come.

CORPORATE EVENTS: Minimum visit booking time of two hours. To secure your booking, a deposit of 50 % of your total bill is required. The booking is only finalized once your deposit has been received. Deposits must be paid within 3 days of booking request; failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the booking. Booking deposit is only refundable if canceled more than 48 hours prior to booking start date.

Late Arrivals & Cancellations

LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for full cost of the cost of session. Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW FEES: Our office requires a 24-hour notice cancellation of appointments. Appointments missed or cancelled without sufficient notice (24h) will be charged 50% of the cost of treatment, and any future bookings will require a 50% deposit. Note: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by yourself using your account. If you feel more comfortable, please text (305) 922-7637 or email contact@swissheavenspa.com to cancel or reschedule your appointment (no voice message).

 

CORPORATE EVENTS CANCELLATIONS: As long as it is at least 48 hours in advance of the confirmed massage event, the booking can be rescheduled or cancelled text (305) 922-7637 or email contact@swissheavenspa.com. Booking deposit is only refundable if canceled more than 48 hours prior to booking start date & time.

Payments & Gratuity

PAYMENT METHODS: Whether you're ordering/booking online or paying directly at the office, you can pay for your appointments & purchases with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay. We also accept payments via PayPal, Zelle and cash (Change may not be available, please plan accordingly.

GRATUITY: Gratuity is welcomed but won’t be solicited. It can be paid with cash, credit card, Zelle or Paypal.

GIFT CARDS & VOUCHERS: When booking a service, please make sure to verify expiration date and book the corresponding treatment to match your gift card / voucher. Gift cards and prepaid vouchers can not be redeemed for cash and cannot be used for any other products or services.

DISCOUNTS & DEALS: Packages, special deals, vouchers and discounted services (eg. Corporate Massage) can not be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount, except if otherwise stated.

Swiss Heaven Spa reserves the right to terminate a session or an event for any reason (non-compliance with usage policies).
