Masks required during treatments
Dear Clients,
First, I would like to thank you all for having shown such understanding and cooperation towards the new guidelines and policies (especially regarding the wearing of masks during treatments). These are temporary and we will return to the high level of service you are accustomed to as soon as possible.
Closed due to Covid-19
As of Thursday, July 2, 2020, Swiss Heaven Spa will re-open again. Unfortunately, it had to be closed a couple of times already due to Covid-19: As an esthetician and massage therapist, each time I am in close contact with a person diagnosed with covid-19, I have to shut down my little spa in Coral Springs for 14 days or until my own coronavirus test results come back negative.
Personally affected by Covid-19
On a personal note, 2 of my immediate family members have been diagnosed with covid-19 and one of them passed away. This is an additional reason for me to follow my strict licensing boards and the CDC guidelines.
Masks are still required during full treatments
All employees and guests are required to wear a mask 100% of the time while inside our business building and during their full treatment inside my spa. If guests forget to bring a mask, one will be provided. If guests are unable to wear a mask due to medical or comfort reason, they will have to wait to book services until further notice (if you have a gift card, we will still honor it later). Your understating is very much appreciated.
